However, we know that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary, and we will do everything we can to make sure you love what you have. We will happily accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 45 days of purchase.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Please click the image at the top of the page on a desktop computer. After you answer a few questions, we'll send you a printable UPS label so that you can send your items back to us. If you have questions about the return/exchange process, please give us a call at 1-855-MASHBURN (1-855-627-4287) — we want to make it as easy for you as possible.
